As principal of TREBBI CUSTOM CONSTRUCTION, Ron Trebbi is both a Registered Architect and Licensed General Contractor. He grew up in Fort Lauderdale and returned to Fort Lauderdale after receiving a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Florida in 1988. He has been designing and building award-winning projects in the greater Fort Lauderdale area since the late 1980's and writes about design and construction for both local and national publications, including Fine Homebuilding. Ron and his family live, work and play in Fort Lauderdale and are actively involved in the community at both the charitable and professional levels. Cooking, wine and travel are high priorities on his family’s list. Ron and his wife Kathy, are avid Sporting Clay Shooters and Sailfishermen. A launch size house on Tangelo Isle has been home for Ron, Kathy, their daughter, Allison, a Belgian Malinois and a German Shepherd for over twenty-five years.
